With 13 regular season games left, newcomers Ft. Lauderdale rebels have assured themselves of at least a second place finish in the CASA Super League. With two games to play on their schedule the Rebels could finish the season with a perfect record of 11-0. To continue their dominance on Wednesday the Rebels took on the fourth place BC United and in a match filled with drama they emerged with a 3-2 win. BC United started the game knowing that a win would put them in the playoffs, except they were playing against a team that has had eight straight wins in the league and seem to be getting stronger with every game. However it was BC United that had most of the early play. And it was no surprise when in the 10th minute they took the lead through Dane Fairweather from a Patrick Satahoo cross. They held on to the lead until just before the half when it all started to go wrong.
