Dexter_LeeJamaica's Dexter Lee successfully defended the 100 meter title he won two years ago, on Wednesday in Bydgoszcz, Poland, creating track and field history at the 13th IAAF World Junior Championships, at the Stadium du Moncton in Canada.

Lee, who stopped the clock at 10.21 seconds, became the first male athlete to repeat as 100 meter champion in the history of the championship. This was his third gold on the world stage, as he won at the 2007 World Youth championship in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
