Christopher 'Dudus' Coke in a recent photo taken by US Marshalls
According to reports, Coke should know in two months what evidence the United States government has to bring the charges of drug smuggling and arms trafficking against him. The accused former Tivoli Gardens don will be back on court on September 7, where he will finalize his legal representation. Currently, Coke is being represented by court appointed Public Defender, Russell Neufeld; but Coke is trying to use three private attorneys to fight the case. Attorneys Frank Doddato, the lead attorney; Steven Rosen and Nicolas Matassini would represent Coke if he can prove to the US Courts within 30 days that the money to pay them was legally acquired.
