The 42-year-old entered a not guilty plea in a Manhattan federal court today. The former Tivoli Gardens strongman was flown to the United States yesterday after waiving his right to an extradition hearing in Jamaica. US authorities say the alleged drug lord conspired to distribute marijuana and cocaine throughout the eastern United States for upwards of 15 years. Coke faces life behind bars if convicted.
