Caribbean Airlines today announces the appointment of Clive Forbes as General Manager for the airline's Jamaican operations.

Forbes comes to Caribbean Airlines with an extensive background in general management, business development, sales, marketing and operations. He has worked for many years at several Jamaican and Caribbean based corporations in telecommunications, food and beverage and transportation (maritime), including his latest post as General Manager of The Caribbean Shipping Association.

Forbes also holds a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Project Management certification from the University of New Orleans.

Forbes will replace Will Rodgers, who has been serving as the Acting General Manager at the airline since February 2011. Rodgers spent several decades operating in the airline industry, having also held the post as VP Sales & Marketing for Air Jamaica.
