Now every Thursday, a five-member delegation from the Consul General offices in Miami will run a mobile service at the Salem Evangelical Haitian Lutheran Church in Lake Worth. The mobile branch is equipped to provide many basic services, including passport processing and legal guidance. The new program welcomed hundreds of Haitian nationals from West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Port St. Lucie in its first two weeks. Miami-based Consul Stéphane Gilles reported that the West Palm Beach mobile operation was able to process dozens of additional applications. The West Pam Beach mobile service marks the first launch of a new program seeking to expand the consul's services to the state's many Haitian nationals – a major goal of the newly appointed Consul General in Miami, Francois Guillaume II. Consul General Guillaume also confirmed that his offices are presently working to launch other satellite programs to other counties throughout Florida.

West Palm Beach can now enjoy exclusive services from the Haitian Consul General, thanks to their recently launched Mobile Consular Service.
