Junior DemusJamaica's red-hot vintage reggae stars will come to Fort Lauderdale for the Retro Reggae Honors Concert, set for Saturday, April 28 at Top Hop Bar & Grill, at 10.30 p.m.

Hosted by C-Roy from WAVS 1170 AM, Retro Reggae Honors will surely rekindle the memories of the 80s and 90s dancehall scene for lucky fans. The event boasts a lineup of classic deejays and singers, including singing sensation Anthony Malvo, Junior Demus, Daddy Lizard, Captain Barkey, Delly Ranks and Jah Bless.

Be ready for classic jams such as Anthony Malvo's "Can't you stop the Rain," or "Take you to the Dance" in collaboration with deejay Daddy Lizard.

With such hit songs as "Rough Neck Chicken" and "Cabin Stabbing," the incomparable Junior Demus will surely entertain the crowd with his unique "stop and go style," which has earned him the reputation as one of dancehall's most crowd-pleasing performers.

Captain Barkey and Delly Ranks will surely ignite women fans with such songs as "Bun fi Bun," and "Give him Headache."

The concert is coming fresh from their breakout, sold-out show in Boston, and promises more memories to come in Fort Lauderdale. Doors for this special event will open at 10:30 p.m., so get there early to secure your spot for this historic event.
