It’s that place you go to when you are looking for authentic Jamaican and Jamaican Chinese food. It’s also the place to get the best bammy in town. Country Walk Caribbean Take-Out Restaurant, centrally located off West Oakland Park Boulevard in the 64th Street Plaza, in a little less than two years of opening, has an increasing clientele, which frequent the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

About two years ago chefs Raymond Blackwood and Brian Wong, who were working at the popular Rice Bowl Jamaican Chinese Restaurant, decided to break away and open their own restaurant. It was their wish to serve mouthwatering Jamaican and Jamaican Chinese dishes to the growing Caribbean population and to the wider society who have always enjoyed the delights of Caribbean foods. It was Brian who came up with the name “Country Walk” after much trial and error because he said people always prefer the idea of country cooking.

Phishing pronounced ‘fishing’ is a scam that tricks people into revealing their private, personal information, such as credit card numbers and passwords.

Gone Phishing

Originally, phishing was an e-mail scam in which criminals sent a fake “urgent” message that appeared to be from a respected company or financial institution. The message asked its recipients to verify or update their account information by clicking a link in the e-mail and visiting a special web site. When the victim followed the instructions, the information they entered on the fake website was captured by criminals and used to commit identity theft. Now, phishing is used more as a term to refer to data-mining scams in general.

Types of Phishing

i. Pharming

This scam redirects you from legitimate websites to fake ones that look like the real deal. When you enter an ID, password or credit card number your information is stolen.

ii. Cross- site scripting

Criminals sabotage real website and put their own log-in box on those sites. When you enter an ID and password into those boxes, your information is stolen.

Among the many things that we can do to enhance our home décor, are hanging pictures, paintings, plates, mirrors and tapestry, are just to name a few. Whatever your choice is, know one thing it is going to definitely add life and character to your room.  Your selections will come in all different shapes and sizes. For this reason, their placements are very important. They may be hung by themselves or and in groups to create a collage.

To start we must know the basics. The first thing is to make sure we have all the proper tools ahead of time. The tools you may need are as follows: D-ring hangers, screws, screw driver, wire cutter, paper, pencil, ruler, tape, level, metal straightedge, picture hooks and sticky putty.

The positioning is the next step. When hanging never go below eye level. You need to make sure your arrangement is eye catching. Whether your viewers are standing or sitting, the perfect eye level should be just above the center of the walls height. If you are hanging over furniture, do your hanging at least six to eight inches above the piece. Have a an idea of how your going to display your arrangement before you get started. To execute your plan you could start on the ground by spacing and or grouping selections as you would have them on the wall. By going through this procedure first, it will eliminate the unwanted holes in the walls.

Long-term complications, strict diet are biggest challenges for diabetics

The biggest challenge for those living with diabetes is worrying about long-term complications such as blindness, heart attack, and limb amputations, according to a new survey conducted by morefocus, an online research organization. Having to adhere to a strict diet was also noted as a serious challenge.

Thirty-one percent of the more than 2,400 people surveyed said the biggest inconvenience of living with diabetes is worrying about long-term complications. Among possible complications, blindness was the chief concern for the jost people at 25 percent, while 20 percent of respondents said a heart attack was jost worrisome.

Being diagnosed with diabetes aljost certainly means significant changes to a person's diet, and 20 percent of those surveyed said this was the biggest inconvenience of having diabetes. Thirteen percent of respondents said having to test their blood sugar was the jost inconvenient aspect of the disease.
