Meet the Author: Alexandra Bardot

Writer and children's author Alexandra Bardot will read from her popular children's book, Mommy Tell Me about Haiti, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the North Miami Public Library. 2012 Haitian Flag Day Celebration

Presented by the city of North Miami and the North Miami Adult Education Center, the 2012 Haitian Flag Day celebration will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the MOCA Plaza in North Miami. Big Night in Little Haiti

Big Night in Little Haiti concert series will celebrate its biggest event of the year, featuring Samba Zao, at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

North Miami Library presents "Fatimadance"

Haitian Heritage Month History Bee

Haitian Compas Festival

Miami will celebrate the 14th annual Haitian Compas Festival at Bayfront Park Amphitheater in downtown Miami. This year's show will honor the legendary band Tropicana, feature performances by Harmonik, CaRiMi, Djakout, Kreyol La, Nu Look, Gabel and DISIP.
